We are looking for a Sports Administrator to come on board and join the team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Director, you will be driving the business forward in an administrative role that will be crucial to the organisation's goals. The role will have a three month probation period. This role is office-based in the Sydney CBD.
Must have working rights in Australia. Potential to sponsor the right candidate.
Qualifications & experience
- Sports coaching/playing experience
- Paid Working with Children check (WWCC)
- Sports Administration background (preferred)
- Proficient in IT (word, excel & CRM's)
Tasks and responsibilities (reporting to the Director)
- Recruitment and onboarding of coaches across a variety of sports at Schools and Clubs.
- Administration duties include managing CRM, documents, email, and phone contact with staff and clients.
- Fulfilling roles based in schools (various), OSHC centres, clubs and vacation care centres.
- Working closely with the Head of National Operations.
